Problems stop projects. We solve them.
SAFE exists to help people move forward when a suspect material threatens to stall a renovation, a sale, an insurance claim, or a commercial project. We identify what’s there, explain what it means, and plan or perform the next step with clear documentation.
We serve Minnesota with a strong Twin Cities presence — working with homeowners, general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients. Our approach is protective and capable, never frightening or sensational.
