How it works
From first call to final paperwork
The actual process depends on the material, the findings, and your project type. Here’s the general shape — and what to expect at each step.

- 1
Contact & project details
You call or submit a request. We learn what you found, where it is, and what’s driving the timing — a renovation, a sale, an insurance claim, a tenant report. We listen before we recommend anything.
- 2
Site inspection & sampling
We walk the area and identify the suspect materials that matter for your project. When sampling is appropriate, we collect a small bulk sample using containment practices so the rest of the space isn’t exposed.
- 3
Laboratory findings explained
The sample goes to a laboratory. When results come back, we translate them into plain English — what was found, what it means, and what it doesn’t mean — so you can make a real decision.
- 4
Scope & project plan
If removal is the right call, we build a detailed scope of work and a plan. We coordinate with your general contractor, property manager, or insurer so everyone understands what’s happening.
- 5
Work & final documentation
Abatement is performed with containment and work practices designed to protect the property. Where applicable, you receive documentation — site photos, lab records, updates, clearance documentation, and disposal records.
What changes the process
- • The type and condition of the material — some materials are sampled, others are managed in place.
- • The lab findings — a negative result may mean no further action; a positive result may lead to a scope.
- • Your project type — a single home repair looks different from a commercial renovation or a contractor-led job.
- • Documentation needs — what your insurer, buyer, or municipality requires shapes what we deliver.
